Kimchi Cabbage Cups

Kim Chi Cabbage Cups
This raw dish features an easy to blend sauce made in the Persona Blender II®!

Use 6 napa cabbage pieces

Filling Ingredients:

  • 2 cups diced cucumber
  • 1 cup chopped napa cabbage
  • 1 cup chopped cauliflower
  • 1 cup kimchi
  • Cilantro- to garnish

Sauce Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup tahini paste
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1/4 cup green onions
  • 1 tsp sea salt or miso paste

  1. In the blender, combine the sauce ingredients until well mixed.
  2. In a mid-sized mixing bowl, toss together all filling ingredients. Save kimchi.
  3. Layer into cups with 2 tbsp of sauce followed by 1/2 cup of filling.
  4. Top with kimchi and fresh cilantro.
  5. Enjoy fresh or save for up to 3 days in the refrigerator!
