Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes

This recipe is a great low carb alternative to traditional mashed potatoes. Use the base recipe and add extra spices and other toppings to it for fun combinations anytime.

Ingredients

4 cups steamed cauliflower

1/2 cup cashews

2 tsp olive oil

1-2 cloves garlic
Directions
- Add all ingredients into your blending container and secure the lid.
- For the Backspin Blender, press VACUUM + AUTO HIGH.
For the Dynapro, press the Preset Button PULSE x2. - Serve and enjoy!
