Ingredients

16 oz roasted almonds (3 cups)

1-2 pinches of salt, optional
Directions
Tip: For the best flavor and consistency, we recommend roasting raw almonds. Bake on a dry tray for 10-12 minutes at 350°F (175°C), stirring once halfway through. Cool for 10 minutes.
- Add roasted almonds into the inner container and secure the lids.
- Press VACUUM + AUTO HIGH on your Backspin Blender. Blending will begin after the vacuum cycle has ended. For an even smoother consistency, run an additional cycle using the AUTO preset.
- Once blended, transfer your almond butter to a glass container and store in the fridge for up to 3 months. Serve and enjoy!
