Broccoli Poppers
Good thing these poppers are healthy, because it’s hard to resist not popping them into your mouth! This broccoli poppers recipe from Jenny Ross is a must-try for Sedona Express Food Dehydrator owners.
Ingredients
½ cup raw cashews or pine nuts
2/3 cup tomato
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
1 clove garlic
1 tsp sea salt
4 cups broccoli florets
Directions
- Blend all ingredients, except for the broccoli, until creamy.
- Toss blended ingredients on the broccoli florets.
- Set on covered dehydrator tray.
- Dehydrate for 8-10 hours at 118°F in the Sedona Express Food Dehydrator.
- Enjoy fresh!
