2 avocados sliced into 1/4 inch pieces
1 cup ground golden flax
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp paprika
- Mix together the flax, salt, and paprika.
- Roll in sliced avocados to the mix.
- Layer onto a dehydration tray and dehydrate at 125ºF for 2-4 hours!
- Enjoy fresh over salad, in tacos, wraps and more!
