Avocado Kale Salad

Is it soup or is it salad? It's both! We tested an awesome raw soup in the Personal Blender II and topped it with avocado kale salad! It was the perfect combo of warm and crunch.

Soup Ingredients

2 Tbsp tahini paste

1 1/2 tsp miso paste

12 oz water, heated to 115°F

2 Tbsp green onion

2 Tbsp cilantro leaves
Salad Ingredients

1 cup finely chopped red leaf kale

1/2 cup avocado

2 Tbsp green onion

1 tsp sesame seeds
Directions
- Blend soup ingredients in a blender.
- Pour the blended soup into a bowl and top with your salad ingredients
- Serve and enjoy!
