No-Bake Pecan Pie Date Bites

Ingredients

1 ½ cups pitted Medjool dates, chopped (~12 dates)

2 cups
pecans

1/4 cup coconut, shredded
Directions
- Add only the dates and pecans into your inner container and secure the lids.
- Short press PULSE on your Backspin Blender until a thick paste forms.
- Scoop out into bite-sized pieces and roll into balls.
- Then roll each ball in the coconut until completely covered.
