Salted Caramel Smoothie
A refreshing and healthy summer drink, packed with vitamins A, B6, B12, C, D, E, Calcium, Folate, Potassium, Magnesium, Iron and much more.
Ingredients
2 bananas
8 dried dates
4 Tbsp of cashew butter
2 cups of coconut milk
1-2 cups of ice
Directions
- Add all ingredients into your blending container.
- Blend for 1 minute or until the mixture has a smooth consistency.
- Enjoy and serve!
