Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew
This Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew delivers a delicious, autumnal twist on the classic cold brew, with a smooth, creamy pumpkin spice topping.
Ingredients
4 scoops ground coffee
4-5 whole allspice
10 whole cloves
Pumpkin Cream
1/4 cup vegan heavy whipping cream
1 Tb pumpkin purée
1 Tb maple syrup
1/4 tsp pumpkin spice
Directions
- In the Shine Cold Brew Machine, fill the chamber with water up to the coffee fill line for 4 servings.
- Place your ground coffee and spices into the filter basket.
- Run the cycle by selecting the button for Extra strength.
- Combine Pumpkin Cream ingredients. Use an electric whisk or frother to mix until thick and creamy. Save for later.
- Once your cold brew is finished, unlock to release into the carafe.
- Pour out into a tall glass with ice and scoop pumpkin cream on top.
- Sprinkle on some pumpkin spice before serving. Enjoy!
