Kale Chips with Green Juice Pulp

Ingredients

2 cups chopped kale

1 cup green juice pulp
For the Mix:

1 cup soaked cashews

1 cup water

2 Tbsp lemon juice

1 pinch sea salt

2 cloves garlic (optional)

spices (optional)
Directions
- Blend the cashews, water, lemon juice, salt, garlic, and spices in a Personal Blender until thick and creamy.
- Pour the mixture over the kale and pulp. Then toss until well-coated.
- Dehydrate with a dehydrator at 118°F for 8-10 hours.
