Warranty is subject to review of the case.

The manufacturer's warranty covers material defects, but does not cover common wear and tear or user error when the machine is being operated or cleaned. Please view our full warranty policy here.

After we receive your claim for review, a case number will be auto-emailed to you. Please use this case number for all correspondence on this matter. Once we receive your case, our service team will review it and reach back out to you by email to share the next steps for quick resolution. Please allow 2-3 business days for a reply from our team. Our team is on-site Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm PT, excluding weekends and holidays.
