Please read before requesting a return.

• Unused items (unopened and unwashed) and items returned for verifiable manufacturing defects may be returned within 30 days of delivery, for a 100% refund on the cost of the returned items. Shipping fees for any other returns are not refundable. For commercial equipment, see our policy here.
• There are no refunds for returned books or videos. All food products, supplement products, sprouting seeds, soybeans, hydrogen peroxide, essential oils, personal care products, and books are final sale.
• All returned items must be in unused condition and must be accompanied by all original contents. If any item is returned with missing or damaged parts, a fee may be charged to replace those parts.
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping to our warehouse at: 1143 North Patt Street, Anaheim, CA 92801, USA.
• If you are returning a defective item or an item sent in error, you will not be responsible for return shipping fees. Under all other circumstances, you are responsible for return shipping.

• Once your returned package is received, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be processed for the product received using your original payment method. This may take up to 30 business days.
