We want you to love everything you order! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund. To get started, please fill out the form below to receive your Return Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions from our support team. Please read before requesting a return:

• If you are seeking repair or replacement, please fill out our Warranty Claim form here instead.
• Unused items (unopened and unwashed) and items returned for verifiable manufacturing defects may be returned within 30 days of delivery, for a 100% refund on the cost of the returned items. Shipping fees for any other returns are not refundable. For commercial equipment, see our policy here.
• There are no refunds for returned books or videos. All food products, supplement products, sprouting seeds, soybeans, hydrogen peroxide, essential oils, personal care products, and books are final sale.
• All returned items must be in unused condition and must be accompanied by all original contents. If any item is returned with missing or damaged parts, a fee may be charged to replace those parts.
• Once your request for a return is approved and you receive your RMA, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs to our warehouse.
• If you are returning a defective item or an item sent in error, you will not be responsible for return shipping costs—provided the defect or error is verified. Under all other circumstances, you are responsible for return shipping.
• We handle exchanges as returns: once your item is returned for a refund, you are welcome to purchase your replacement item at your convenience.
• After your returned package is received and inspected, we'll reach out to confirm your refund. Once approved, we will credit your original payment method and send an email confirmation of your refund. Processing your return can take up to 14 business days, and depending on your bank, the funds will typically appear in your account within 3 to 10 business days.
