Ingredients
2 cups cooked asparagus
2 cups cooked green peas
2 cups vegetable broth
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp chopped sweet onion
1 clove garlic
1 tsp sea salt
Directions
- Blend all ingredients in the Glass Personal Blender 42 oz container under vacuum for best results for 1-2 minutes.
- After blending, heat over low heat for 5 minutes and bring to a light boil.
- Turn off the heat, let it cool to a warm temperature, and serve!
