Anamol Laboratories Ltd. (Concord, ON 905-660-1225) conducted a test on the juice volume and mineral content of vegetable juice made with several different juicers. Vegetables used were parsley (64g), kale (392g), chard (270g), sunflower sprouts (160g) and celery (300g).
