Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The Tribest® Greenstar Juicer Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Tribest. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Meta, or any other social media platform. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to Sponsor.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States, including the 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entities involved in the administration of the Promotion, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members, are not eligible to participate or win.
Entrants must use a valid, active email address. Disposable or inactive emails will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet eligibility requirements or who violates these Official Rules.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on May 12, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on May 22, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). All entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be eligible. Sponsor’s computer systems shall be the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.
4. How to Enter
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
To enter, an eligible participant must complete both of the following actions during the Promotion Period:
1. Website Entry: Complete and submit the official giveaway entry form on Sponsor’s website with a valid name and active email address. While a phone number isn't required to win, adding one earns you an additional entry.
2. Social Media Participation: See official giveaway post on Sponsor’s page.
Limit two (2) entries per person for the entire Promotion Period, regardless of method. Entries submitted using multiple email addresses, accounts, identities, automated systems, bots, scripts, or other fraudulent methods will result in disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, late, misdirected, corrupted, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules may be disqualified.
5. Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded:
One (1) Tribest® Greenstar® 5 All Stainless Steel Twin Gear Cold Press Masticating Juicer
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $849.95 USD
Prize is awarded “as is”, either express or implied, except as required by law. Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and any other expenses not expressly stated herein.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The winner will be notified on or after May 25, 2026, via email or direct message, using the email address or social media handle provided at the time of entry.
If the selected winner:
• cannot be contacted,
• does not respond within 24 hours,
• fails to provide required verification or documentation,
• is found to be ineligible, or
• fails to comply with these Official Rules,
If not, a new winner will be selected. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify the entrant and select an alternate winner.
7. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
8. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor permission to use winner’s name, likeness, and/or social media handle for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Information will be used solely for administering the Promotion, contacting entrants, and awarding the prize, unless the entrant has expressly opted in to receive additional communications.
Sponsor is not responsible for any unauthorized use of entrant information beyond its reasonable control.
10. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, Facebook, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, losses, or damages arising out of or related to participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of the prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for:
• technical malfunctions of any kind,
• lost, late, incomplete, or corrupted entries,
• network, server, or software failures,
• unauthorized human intervention,
• typographical or printing errors, or
• any damage to entrant’s device resulting from participation.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control compromises the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.
Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Promotion, including winner selection and interpretation of these Official Rules, are final and binding.
12. Void Where Prohibited
This Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
