Grains & Beans

  • Quinoa

Enjoy them with a simple blended sauce like one of these two and you can enjoy several bowl combinations with these basics:

Tahini Cream Dressing

  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 1/4 cup green onion
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sea salt


Sweet Mustard Dressing

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive or avocado oil
  • 2 Tbsp stone-ground mustard
  • 2 tbsp coconut nectar
  • 1 pinch sea salt
