Good thing these poppers are healthy, because it’s hard to resist not popping them into your mouth! This broccoli poppers recipe from Jenny Ross is a must-try for Sedona® Express Food Dehydrator owners.
- ½ cup raw cashews or pine nuts
- 2/3 cup tomato
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp sea salt
- Blend all ingredients.
- Toss blended ingredients on 4 cups of broccoli florets
- Dehydrate for 8-10 hours at 118°F in the Sedona Express Food Dehydrator.
