Dehydrated Broccoli Poppers

Good thing these poppers are healthy, because it’s hard to resist not popping them into your mouth! This broccoli poppers recipe from Jenny Ross is a must-try for Sedona® Express Food Dehydrator owners.



  • ½ cup raw cashews or pine nuts
  • 2/3 cup tomato
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp sea salt


  1. Blend all ingredients.
  2. Toss blended ingredients on 4 cups of broccoli florets
  3. Dehydrate for 8-10 hours at 118°F in the Sedona Express Food Dehydrator.
